Dhanbad June 27: DAV Public School Sindri on Monday organized Career Counselling for senior students of the institution from class IV to XII.
Famous fashion designer of Kolkata Prabhat Kumar, on the occasion, shed light on the scope of fashion technology for students in future and guided them on how to pursue careers in different areas.
Prabhat Kumar shared his idea with students on different products of leather and its manufacturing process.
He advised the students to try to be self-dependent from childhood and shun the mentality of getting a job and rather mentally prepare for generating employment and hiring people.
“Prepare yourself in such a way as if you have to build the future of society and keep the focus on the production of things that are used daily in life. That would help you in becoming self-dependent in life,” said Prabhat Kumar while guiding the students.
Earlier DAV Sindri School principal Ashutosh Kumar felicitated the renowned fashion designer and shed light on the importance of counselling in the life of students.
“Prior selection of area in which one intends to go in future would help in career to achieve the goal,” said principal Ashutosh Kumar
