Chanda Yadav is the daughter of former Union Railway Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) president Lalu Prasad Yadav.
Chanda came to the ED offices earlier in the day, and after being summoned, she was deposed before the investigators.

Tejashwi Yadav, his son and the deputy chief minister of Bihar, was interrogated in relation to the matter on Tuesday for more than eight hours.
Misa Bharti, a Rajya Sabha member and daughter of Lalu Yadav, had already been questioned by Enforcement Directorate agents last month.
In March, the ED stated that searches conducted at 24 sites in Delhi, Mumbai, Patna, and Ranchi based on specific intelligence inputs resulted in the discovery of unaccounted cash of Rs. 1 crore, $1,900, 540 gms of gold, 1.5 kg of gold jewelry, and other incriminating papers.
According to the ED, they found almost 600 crore in “proceeds of crime” in the form of 350 crore rupees in immovable property and 250 crore rupees in transactions that went via other benamidaars.
The family of Lalu Yadav allegedly unlawfully bought a number of plots of land at significant places in Patna and other regions in exchange for positions offered in the Railways, according to the Prevention of Money Laundering investigation that has so far been undertaken. Numerous benamidars, shell companies, and beneficial owners for these lands have been discovered, and the present market worth of these land parcels is more than Rs 200 crore.
“A property situated at D-1088, New Friends Colony, Delhi (independent 4-storied bungalow, registered in the name of A.B. Exports Private Ltd, a company owned and controlled by Tejashwi Yadav and family) was shown to have been acquired at a value of mere Rs 4 lakh, the present market value of which is approximately Rs 150 crore,” the ED claimed.
According to a government officer, this house was bought with a significant amount of cash and criminal gains, and several businesses in Mumbai that deal in gems and jewellery were utilised to launder these funds.
