Daltonganj, Nov 22: CPI Maoists set ablaze around a dozen vehicles including tractors and JCB at the work site between Kathpulya and Chetar railway stations in Latehar district on Tuesday.
Police have seized a hand written parcha (note) of the Koel Sankh Zone of the Maoists which owned up torching the vehicles. They warned the railway agency not to lay the third railway line without the permission of the Maoists, which evidently means coughing up levy to the Maoists.
The Maoists have warned the agency of more worst consequences in the event of agency violating the warning of the Maoists.
