Chandrasekhar too was happy to have instalments of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.
“We would be travelling to New Delhi. Thereafter, we would take another train Delhi-Ahmadabad Rajdhani to reach Gandhinagar which is the venue of the Digital India beneficiaries’ celebration,” said DIO Ranvir Singh.
The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, is organising Digital India week at Gandhinagar. It is a 6-day mega event beginning July 4 till July 9 in which 100 digital India beneficiaries from across the country will be taking part.
These 100 beneficiaries are of the national informatics centre’s citizen-centric projects.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to inaugurate the Digital India beneficiary celebration on July 4.
Ranvir Singh said digital beneficiaries in each of only 3 districts (Palamu, Ranchi and Jamshedpur) of Jharkhand have been enlisted for participation in this Gandhinagar digital India beneficiary week.
Ranchi has also sent 2 digital India beneficiaries while Jamshedpur has sent just one to Gandhinagar.
Sources said the Gandhinagar digital India celebration is for the technology start-ups and Digital India beneficiaries.
For a smooth long-distance train journey for the event, the DG (director general) of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Rajesh Gera has written a letter to Mahatme Sandeep Namdeo, IAS and PS to the railway minister, to ensure that waitlisted digital India beneficiaries across the country get confirmed reservation tickets for the destination.
