Ranchi, Dec 14: Indian wicketkeeper and batsman Ishan Kishan will soon become the neighbour of Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Ranchi. According to information received from close sources, Ishan is opening the office of his infrastructure development company ‘Shagun Ishan Infra Developers Private Limited’ in Ranchi.
This office will be next to the Indian Oil Petrol Pump near Dhoni Farm House on Simalia Ring Road. A ‘Bhoomi Pujan’ ceremony is scheduled to take place at 5:30 pm today.
Along with Ishan Kishan, his fellow player Sanju Samson can also participate in Bhoomi Pujan. According to sources, former Deputy Chief Minister of the state Sudesh Kumar Mahto will be present as the chief guest in the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony. Apart from this, many dignitaries including famous Bhojpuri singers Rakesh Mishra, and Satyam Rai will also be present.
The promoters of the project Upendra Singh (Chiku), Pranav Kumar Pandey and Monu Singh said that it would establish a landmark for the city of Ranchi. This multi-storey residential project will set a new record in the expansion of Ranchi city.
Notably, in the third ODI, Ishan scored a double-century against Bangladesh. He ended his innings by hitting 23 fours and 10 sixes in 131 balls. He returned to Ranchi on December 12. At present, he is playing on behalf of the Jharkhand team in the Ranji Trophy being held between Jharkhand and Kerala.
